Employee's virtual workplace
The Universal Communication Platform (UCP) is a domestic development belonging to the class of unified communications systems (Unified communications, UC). UCP allows you to provide the following basic functionality:
- Instant messaging, messenger with the ability to send files, images, audio recordings, prioritization of importance, etc.
- Organization of video calls, video conferences and webinars in various modes
- Electronic board
- IP telephony service
- Collaboration environment for working with office file formats, storage, editing, reviewing
- Cloud File Storage
- Schedule and task scheduler, notification and reminder system
- Encryption and security, monitoring and control of user actions, notification of emergency situations.

This communication platform is being implemented in private and state corporations of the Russian Federation as a part of the import substitution program and is a safe replacement for foreign messenger software, such as Whatsapp, Viber, Signal, Telegram and others, which do not allow maintaining the confidentiality of correspondence and store user data (which, moreover, are at risk of regular data leakage) on foreign servers.

- Support and maintenance at all stages of the implementation and operation of the system.
All software components and databases are located inside the computing circuit of the enterprise or in the datacenter at the enterprise’s own facilities, which guarantees data security and autonomous operation regardless of third-party services. The UCP server runs under the Linux operating system (Debian, Ubuntu, Astra Linux, AltLinux, etc.).
User workplace is available anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection and a modern Chrome/Firefox/Edge browser.
Modular architecture of the UCP allows to increase functionality and integrate with other information systems by adding new system components. Such components are in particular:
- Mobile versions of the UCP for Android and iOS systems
- Desktop versions for Windows, Linux, macOS
- Versions for domestic OS AstraLinux, AltLinux and Aurora mobile platforms
- Integration with corporate information systems and services, such as email, CRM systems, user management directory services.

The objects of delivery of the UCP system are:
- Platform source code, technology stack: PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, HTML, C
- System administrator and user documentation
- Developer’s Technical documentation
- Installation of system packages
The standard contract for the integration and technical support of the system includes:
- The technical support agreement concluded for a period of 1 year which includes technical support according to the regulations * of a three-level technical support model in the amount of up to 20 people/hour per month
- Staff training and advisory services in the amount of up to 10 people/hour per month
- Software fixes and functional improvements in the amount of up to 30 people/hour per month
*The three-level technical support model includes support for users in the field on general issues of IT support — the first level, support within the user and administrative interfaces of the UCP — the second level and support for the operation of the UCP server — the third level.
